Soul Traveler

Inner & Outer World Exploration

Year Round Play!

After the past couple years of travel, am finally back home grounding and spending time with my family.  Now while here I see the importance of outdoor play all year round more than ever. I am usually out and about throughout my ‘Soul Travels’ but it had slipped my mind that sometimes we get comfortable when home and spend most of our time indoors, glued to electronic devices.

With this great desire to PLAY always at the forefront of my mind, and the fact that I have amazing little ones (nieces & cousins), thought it would be fun to bring a little magic home.  While up north, my dad and sisters gathered up snow with me, put it into ice chests and prayed it would make it home to surprise the little ones with a snow day in the desert!  Found this to be not only successful, but a great way to get them to go outside & stay active during these crisp, autumn months.

It was pure magic, and nothing but smiles and laughter were shared. I truly recommend finding something that can spark interest and really get yourself and your family and/or friends outside.  As the weather changes, it is easy to forget that the Sun & fresh air can breathe life right back into us!  Regardless of your chosen activity, am positive that the experience you share & the memories created will be looked back on for years to come. Make it a habit, or better yet – a tradition – to spend some time playing outside, no matter the season! ^_^

The holidays are approaching, and just wanted to share some holiday cheer and hopefully inspire you to play! <3

Have a beautiful Holiday Season!
