Today has been a rough day.. To be honest, on top

Today has been a rough day..

To be honest, on top of getting my 4 wisdom teeth out a couple days ago, having some complications, my kitten being in his cone still, and so much more.. nothing could have prepared me for this.

Today my Tata did not wake up.

It’s a very long story and though I don’t share much on here these days, this I had to share a bit about because it’s been a whirlwind. My Nana also passed recently and I wasn’t able to make it to the services due to dealing with some immigration paperwork to finalize on my end. Now, due to Co v Id and borders being closed I can’t, yet again, make it home to be with my family.. my sisters and father who were there with me almost 20 years ago when my mother passed away.

Today, I looked for this photo.

I don’t share much on here but I wanted to share these 3 angels - My mother, her mother/my Nana, and her father/my Tata. They gave me the world - and as I say my goodbye to the last elder on her side of the family, I also say thank you.

My parents moved to the US from Mexico to make sure I had a better life - and I can only pray I’m making them proud.

And to all of you who got this far and would like the reminder - LOVE. Love fully, freely, unconditionally. Love as if it’s all you know and all you are - because it is, and you ARE.

With all the chaos and distraction created in our world right now - there is no better time to remember that those around you who love and care for you are truly the most precious gift you have besides life itself.

I love you all and am so grateful for you being my friends / support during these times and all others - may we be there for each other in ups & our downs .. as it is in our highs and lows that we learn, grow and teach.✨🙏🏼

This isn’t just another post about international women’s day - it’s that and more.

Just cut my hair and though it may not seem like something monumental to post about after having not posted in months, the depth of it is. Hear me out..

When I was younger I rarely cut my long hair. I’m Mexican (and I say that for all my fellow Mexicanas who get it) and to be honest I love my hair. There were some triggers of course - my dad hated everything I did with my hair if it wasn’t a trim, I didn’t like change, and I used it as a security blanket in more than one way throughout my life.

Then came the tougher stuff to talk about - the sense of sexuality that was attached to my long hair.. the way you could really reel someone in with just a hair flip alone (the tight bun to VA-VA-VOOM rapunzel with the volume and flow really did it). To be honest this was one of my super powers for so long and the longer I went with it, the longer it took to see that a weapon hurts both the predator and the prey if there is no heart behind it. I digress..

The thing is, the sultry mysterious embodiment of a woman I had ‘inhabited’ and embraced for so long was a burden - both on the day to day, building real genuine lasting relationships, and of course unrealistic to an extent.

I started to speak more on spirituality, consciousness and the true nature of our journey here almost 2 decades ago now, and at that same time I decided that if I were going to be taken seriously I better switch up the energy and focus that had been ringing and reigning for so long. I left the Maxim energy (yup, I used to be THAT girl) and realized if I wanted to be taken seriously and really be SEEN and not only listened to, but heard.. and FELT - I would have to let that part of me ‘die’

I was and have always been ME - but at this point covering up my hair, wrapping it up, and presenting myself in this new way was how I gained the attention I really was aiming for all along - the hearts and souls.. not the egos and *eh* pants of those I was speaking to. My life’s work discussing, researching and developing various tools and methods for awakening was finally being heard and taken into account. (👇)

🎁 *My bEARTHday Reflection Today* 👁

2020 is but one chapter of our lives, and though collectively and as individuals, we faced so much this year - we have also overcome just as much in reflection. As the pages turn and we dive deeper into the waters of Self-love & development towards inner peace and innerstanding, one must see to release all in which no longer serves higher purpose & good and is no longer relevant to or resonating with the very frequency of our Soul.

What one may perceive as death and rebirth are merely a temporary parting of consciousness; an awakening from deep coma, a remembrance after a phase of amnesia - cycled throughout our lives time and time again to relive, relearn and re-member as all that We Are. The process is beautiful, and although at times we feel terrified and weak, there is great bravery & strength within us, always. The very magic & power we search for through the illusory passing days, is the very being & Light in which We Are - always & in all ways. Simply stated, as written plethora of by many before mySelf and surely many after, We Are All.

We are the very skies we gaze into; breathed of the very cosmic dust that takes our breath away. We are the Sun, the Moon, the Stars... We are the very drops in the ocean that without would be a Desert; and that very desert - We Are, as well. We are the fish, we are the birds.. The beaten path & the unexplored... Every reef, cacti, palm & pine.. Nature's vast landscaped playgrounds, and all those who inhabit it.
We are magical, mystical, omnipresent. We are the Universe.

You are filled with wonder & wisdom. You are beautiful. You are perfect in your perceived imperfection. All you are searching for will be revealed to you. All you are after will come. All you wish to be, you already Are.✨⚡️ Waves of +energy & remembrance your way✨🙌✨❤️

*👆🏽Where I'm at mentally* Currently stilling the waters within, accepting what is, and welcoming what is coming. This year has been one of deep reflection and revelation. The more I look at what has occurred, the more I am grateful for where I am - and you should be too! I may not have been able (or had the energy) to achieve all that I set to achieve this year, I may have missed traveling and my friends & family who are everywhere but here, and I may have felt stuck, frustrated, and anxious more than ever before this year.. but there's a silver lining - this year pushed me to practice what I preach, it tested me to demonstrate how much I have grown, and it showed me deeper aspects of my Self I needed to meet in order to heal and clear my path. As I write out all of my dreams for the coming year and all that I am grateful for today, I am feeling my inner peace surface again. ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀

No matter how far you got on all of your plans, goals and visions, no matter how much this year broke you down and wore you out, and no matter how much you questioned.. we made it. There is still so much work to do -as individuals and collectively- but at the end of the day, you should be proud. We are human but no matter how many times we may forget, we are also magical limitless beings. Life may not always look the way we'd like or planned, or even as picture-perfect as it once was.. but it is ALWAYS working in our favor and at the end of the day, it is beautiful.. just.like.YOU.💫⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀

2020 has been a wild ride filled with uphill climbs, and as I await this rollercoaster's inevitable drop that will catapult me into the ether of possibility and never ending creation - the thrill and nerves build.
I haven't been in this space in a LONG time.. that of massive transformation and unraveling, where my Soul feels most in alignment and everything is falling into place, and yet - the mind chatter and ego question if this is really where I'm meant to be.

The truth is, wherever there is flow and creation - there is belief and doubt. I believe that reflecting on our current state of being and passions can help illustrate further how and why our creations serve humanity and ourselves best.

I may question if this will make sense to you all as it unfolds.. if my journey will illuminate yours and inspire you to go deeper.. but I know, and truly believe, that what is flowing through me - in all ways and mediums - is of my upmost purest light and being.

What is coming may look different, but in all reality it may be exactly what we need. Trust and flow. Reflect and let go.. ✨🙌🏼✨💕 Remember that your path is your own and that whatever you dream to bring to fruition, however unique it may be, is yours to create and experience. Do not focus on numbers or validation, but on how it fills your Soul and ignites that magic within that radiates outward into your life and world.
