A LESSON IN LETTING GO:

As someone who would easily fall under the ‘perfectionist’ label, I’ve struggled in many ways throughout my life. All of which have led to procrastination, anxiety, self-doubt, stagnancy..

There is a deeply rooted desire that many of us face of wanting to do our best, and in turn we at times pressure ourselves (or even feel pressured) to BE THE BEST - And that can become exhausting, to the point of de-humanizing ourselves. We must learn to ‘let go’ of this false idea that perfection exists. We must remember that what our screens showcase are but glimpses (and perhaps even illusions) of one’s reality. We must not allow our hearts to feel shattered by the external, and be willing to look within and really break free from the weight of the world. It’s okay to not be okay - and it’s important that we share and remind both ourselves and others of that.

Our health, well-being, and spiritual fortitude depend on our mental state.. our mental health. And knowing that, it is important we reflect and speak openly about what we are going through and feeling - now more than ever - So that we may begin to heal (ourselves and the collective) of trauma, programming, and patterns that no longer serve us.

Though this year has shifted how we view our world and care for one another, I still believe there is great opportunity to grow and break down the stigma around this all!

Today is World Mental Health Day and so I've partnered with @BetterHelp to raise awareness and end the stigma around mental health by sharing my perspective and insight. 2020 has been a wild ride filled with uphill climbs, and as I await this rollercoaster's inevitable drop that will catapult me into the ether of possibility and never ending creation - the thrill and nerves build.
I haven't been in this space in a LONG time.. that of massive transformation and unraveling, where my Soul feels most in alignment and everything is falling into place, and yet - the mind chatter and ego question if this is really where I'm meant to be.

The truth is, wherever there is flow and creation - there is belief and doubt. I believe that reflecting on our current state of being and passions can help illustrate further how and why our creations serve humanity and ourselves best.

I may question if this will make sense to you all as it unfolds.. if my journey will illuminate yours and inspire you to go deeper.. but I know, and truly believe, that what is flowing through me - in all ways and mediums - is of my upmost purest light and being.

What is coming may look different, but in all reality it may be exactly what we need. Trust and flow. Reflect and let go.. ✨🙌🏼✨💕 Remember that your path is your own and that whatever you dream to bring to fruition, however unique it may be, is yours to create and experience. Do not focus on numbers or validation, but on how it fills your Soul and ignites that magic within that radiates outward into your life and world. Do you.. for You - and the world shall appreciate your authenticity and unique gifting.✨💕🙏🏼

Awakening to the skeletons in the closet..

The more I think about how drastically our lives have all collectively changed since COVID-19 began, the more I begin to look forward to the inevitable veil being lifted, fully - and the masses awakening to what has been going on behind closed doors all this time.

I’ve spent decades going down rabbit holes and sharing information that many thought to be too insane to be real.. discovering and awaiting mainstream media to finally reveal years later that what once was thought crazy, was in fact our reality.

It’s taken lifetimes of growth and internal monologue to finally come to today - in a toss up between wishing to create beautiful, uplifting, magical imagery & experiences.. and sharing information that the masses still aren’t too comfortable hearing & facing.

BUT THAT STOPS NOW — We are in a place of expansiveness and wholeness. What better time than NOW to see that YOU DON’T HAVE TO CHOOSE between one world or another, there is no darkness that cannot be overcome - we have to AWAKEN to the fact that they are all ONE.

The good, the bad, the ugly and the unbelievable.. are all a part of this collective journey which we must awaken to and shift.

The veils are being lifted. As the fabrics of time are flowing yet ceasing to exist, we must see that the events before us: the airing out of high-ranking politicians, celebrities, corporations' dirt.. it all plays its role in serving humanity in facing our shadows, our fears, and our reality.. and say IT’S TIME TO WAKE UP!

May we take this time (and opportunity) to have an open mind, discern for ourselves what we feel is real and co-create the world we truly wish to exist, here & now, from that very reflection from oneSelf.

We are the sun, the moon, and the stars.. and if we re-member, we shall see the light at the end of this tunnel. See you in the Stars.. ✨🙌🏼✨💕🙏🏼

Ready for take-off✨✊🏼⚡️💫 This past New Moon was that of rebirth & renewal.. and wowza, was it ever. It’s been an interesting journey, surely we can all agree - life is incredibly magical, potent and filled with waves that push us out and pull us in.. And with that come the lessons & experiences that grow us to the realization that Life is not about being better than anyone else, it’s about being better than you used to be and becoming who you ARE.

May we utilize these high vibrational times to shift our perceptions and remove the need for comparison and competition, and in turn create a time in which we can co-exist, co-create and collaboratively & collectively live a life of purpose, passion and potentiality to it’s limitless extent.

I have a lot on my mind, in my heart and filling my soul at the moment with presence & fluency and though I have promised to share so much of what I have been working on for the past year or so, I do vow to reveal the magic that’s been brewing within me for so long, soon. I had held back for this time as had seen so many blossom and feared, doubted and hid for the sake of not showing my own petals, wings and heart to you - but no more, I believe in myself and my power to serve, awaken & love.

I love you, because you are YOU - never ever stop shining, never give up. Write your own rules, live your own life, think your own thoughts, and create the life of YOUR DREAMS, FOR YOU.
Remember the value of your individual being - create from the heart, and not from the mind.. manifest your own lane and see how far your path takes you.. to the depths of your dreams, here in this reality & beyond✨💕🙏🏼✨🙌🏼✨✊🏼🔮⚡️
