My name is Dulce Ruby ( @dulceruby ) and I am the conduit for all of the magic that flows into & through Despierta 👁🙏🙌🔮

Many of you are here because you've followed my personal journey for years, and others are new to my story & all of its unfoldings, so please let me introduce myself (and express my gratitude for you all being here as I launch this beautiful project TODAY! Shop is now LIVE! 😍🙌⚡️🚀🌿).

In short, I am a 1st-generation Mexican American 🇲🇽 now living in Canada in the middle of a forest stewarding the land and running wild with my 5 (soon to be 6) alpacas, 3 cats and partner while I hone in and captivate the magic of our planet and human experience to create beautiful tools for your spiritual journey.

My cultural background, upbringing, and life journey has led me through various (what I like to call) lifetimes of experiences in the spiritual & physical realms. I had a strong foundation in herbalism and curanderismo and solid base for a spiritual practice (dream work, meditation and a deep fascination for the metaphysical) from youth, which has led me here, to today.

After many (and I mean MANY) trials and tribulations in life early on, I found mySelf and began creating conscious content to help others on their journey. I've traveled near & far visiting sacred spaces & places and led global meditations for world peace alongside a renowned teaching monk, all the while capturing and sharing my journey through my previous venture 'Soul Traveler'.

What is dream work?⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
Dulce Ruby: For years, this term had been used primarily to define the exploration of dreams and their meaning (mainly on a psychological, interpretive level) - but it is now growing to encompass all aspects of our dreams and how we may utilize them to transform our lives. I’ve personally developed new methods and tools, based on ancient practices and inner gnosis, to expand upon ‘dreamwork' to include a summation of various exercises, modalities and spiritual rituals we can utilize to gain clarity, heal, awaken to and manifest our dream reality (and of course explore dream interpretation, if we so desire). Through our dreams we are more capable of not only further exploring & understanding ourselves and our most inner workings, but more equipped to manifest our dream realities, here & now.⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀

It’s just like a dream to me..✨💜💫

This year seems to be zooming by just as quickly as it came and so just wanted to share a brief reflection and capture that I believe truly embodies where I am in life - both physically and spiritually.

When I was younger, dreams were an escape to other worlds - distant, at times illusory and most often heavenly. I began my dreamwork when I was just 7 years old; writing and exploring the depths of the astral plane and journaling upon awakening to not only reflect on, but to remember what was possible.

As time passed, my love for dreaming solely grew - and it wasn’t long until I realized not all dreamt the way I do and not many understood the importance of believing in their dreams. When I look back now - I not only prioritized these fantastical worlds, but I wished to exist in them as my primary conscious world.

For me, these two worlds (the material/3D plane of existence and our dream/astral plane) truly were parallel in that I began to embody and live with the knowing that it truly is ‘As ABOVE, so Below’ - for it is through our dreams that we are capable of manifesting so much magic in our waking life/world from higher realms.

This took me on a lifelong journey and practice of lucidity both in dream state & waking life, creating works and tools over the years to, again, not only help me remember but to aid others in seeing the beauty in both their dreams and their ability to achieve them.

I’ve spent almost 3 decades fine tuning what I believe to be a key to awakening and creating the life of your dreams, here & now - and truly believe at the core of my being that I am living proof that anything and everything you desire to see, achieve or be is possible through both pure intent and belief.

As I venture deeper into bringing forth a beautiful book that so many of you have asked for over the years, know that I am in this space - in my little dreamscape, my dream reality - filled with magic, beauty and my favorite flowers (lilacs) - bringing ethereal energy - heaven on earth - and dreams into reality for you all to be guided.. back to yourSelf, back hOMe.✨

When envisioning what your ideal future could hold, do you focus on all of the little details that make up that beautiful vision of yours.. or are you more of a big picture dream artist where you know what you'd like to see, have or be - overall - but not attached to the hows, whats or whys?⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
To be honest, after decades of working with people in gaining clarity on, aligning with, and 'manifesting' their dreams - there is one MAJOR KEY point I've found we can ALL focus on to REALLY achieve our DREAM REALITY - beyond what we may have ever dreamt up in our minds as our desires sometimes tainted by ego and the superficial due to our societal and cultural influences or pressures.⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀

What is the Key practice?⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀

FEELING.⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
How do you want to FEEL - here, now and in the future? ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀

When you visualize yourself in that dream situation, job, home, etc.. how do you feel?⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀

Allowing our biology to work its magic from within aids in our creation outwardly by emanating that very energy out into the world, the Universe, and your future - in the present. And without getting too deep, with time being non-linear it is important to always be present in your creations and manifestations as it is here & now that everything IS.⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
The more we align with what feels true to ourSelf, the more we begin to feel at peace and filled with joy. This, I have found over years of research, implementation and experience, is the real KEY to manifesting the life of your dreams.⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀

Beyond 3D, physical, material manifestations - our dreams are energetic. The more fine-tuned our vision for ourSelf becomes, the more all else aligns in our waking state to match our vision.

There is a lot to be said about all the things that go unseen and are unspoken of while the gears keep turning in the background amid the midst of the world's chaos.
⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
There, lies inspiration, innovation, expansion and what I like to call.. Magic.
⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
If you know me or have been following me long enough to get a sense of the kind of individual I am - my quirks, curiosities, passion, and obsessions.. you have probably seen me post about Tesla (and waterfalls) more times than you can count (and if you go back far enough, almost a decade on IG, you will find some incredible posts I've made over the years about his works in the free energy field and consciousness).

The thing is, I've spent well over a decade studying his works, his life.. his death. There are many things I've uncovered and many more I can not speak on just quite yet as I work on a secret side project that I hope brings more awareness to the brilliance that would have been our wild present had our world been more open to, what I like to call.. magic.

You see, there's something about the innate ability we all carry within us to emit & receive energy that I feel is overlooked. Though in our hearts and deep in our Souls we know our vibration, the energy we hold and radiate, carries great weight - it seems as though at times we forget that it truly is remarkably magical.

WE ARE MAGICAL.

As we walk into a room, we can sense.. FEEL energy - when a friend is down, when we've hit a cord, when danger is approaching.. and in the most beautiful times when we've met someone who vibrates at like frequency.. love. We feel it all.

To those who choose to see with eyes closed, I admire you. For it is in your heart, in your energetic field, that you become open to all of life's real and true magic.✨💞🌿⚡️💫

Powerful truth that applies to me fully.. and most of the time.

Look, let's be 1million percent transparent here - life is wild. And as beautiful and magical as our personal lives actually are - we seem to always feel defeated, wanting more or forgetting how far we've come. I'll speak for myself here and say, I for one need to slap back into reality to awaken, remember, and be present sometimes.
⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
With all of the desires to continue to dream bigger and follow my passions, etc - always comes the need to push myself and sometimes to the point of stagnancy. When the world seems to be moving so quickly and wishing to do so much, that you are left doing nothing at all.. But the reality and truth of the matter is: I AM ALREADY EXACTLY WHERE I'D ALWAYS DREAMT OF BEING, and AM ALWAYS EXACTLY WHERE I'M MEANT TO BE, HERE & NOW.

|*🔑note*| The obstacles we face at times are not to make us feel low, but to push us to GROW. With time, experience, patience and faith to keep on keeping on we really do always get to where we are going.. if solely we keep going.

I lost my mother when I was 13, which left my sisters and I to take care of, raise & fend for ourselves.. and in our situation and environment the world didn't think much would come of us - but boy did we prove 'them' wrong. Everyone flourishes to the extent of their belief, no matter their situation, background, etc - it is your WILL to Be & manifest whatever you wish to be that brings you to that very place. I personally would love to share my story fully one day - the good, the bad, the ugly and the super magical - from childhood education, losing a key element, radiating in an industry that brought me further to my truth, living in a temple, hosting a world peace tour, and now to who I am today... perhaps soon I will do just that so that you may see that we are all human - and we all go through the motions of emotion to get to where we need/truly desire to be.

We have all come SO FAR.. remember that.
