“The Life of Death is a touching hand-drawn animation about the day Death fell in love with Life.” These are the words written by the creator of this beautiful short animation film.
I first watched this animation a couple years ago and saved it on my Vimeo as knew I’d like to share a post about conscious animations someday. Though I have yet to compile enough to suit my needs for such, I came across it again today and felt drawn to share this tale as it moves me.
The story can be viewed in a multitude of ways, but in the end – I came to the quote,
“If you love a flower, don’t pick it up.
Because if you pick it up it dies and it ceases to be what you love.
So if you love a flower, let it be.
Love is not about possession.
Love is about appreciation.”
Please enjoy and share with your family & friends.
